Hi, I’m Caroline! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and currently working towards full licensure. I completed my undergraduate studies at the College of Charleston in 2016 and earned my Master’s Degree at the Citadel in 2021.
I spent several enjoyable years working as an Applied Behavior Analysis therapist (Registered Behavior Technician) for children with developmental delays across the greater Charleston area. My counseling experience began at the Earnest E. Kennedy Center, where I co-assisted individual and group therapy for adults with substance use disorders.
I further trained at Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center, conducting individual and group therapy for children with trauma histories. My certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based approach, has been valuable in providing treatment to this population.
My primary specialties include treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have additional experience working with substance use, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder, as well as providing Family Therapy.
