I am a Licensed Master of Social Work, earning my Master's degree from Winthrop University in 2021. I have served most of my previous clients on tele-health platforms using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and/or Solution-Focused therapy approaches.
In my time as a clinician, I have enjoyed walking with people during the “hills and valleys” of life. From anxious feelings, low self-esteem, perfectionism, family conflicts and resolutions, and life transitions, I provide a non-judgement therapeutic environment to discuss new concerns while also pushing toward achieving stated therapy goals from clients.
Therapy provides you a safe space to discuss feelings and thoughts with someone other than a friend, family member or significant other. As a mental health therapist serving adolescents and young adults of the Charleston area, I look forward to serving you best and supporting you in this current season of life.
