Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is a great opportunity to establish and achieve personal goals. We will often start the session with a check-in on mood and behavior since the last appointment. The majority of our time in session is used for skill development to reach your goals.

I occasionally assign some homework, because – and I can't stress this enough — it is very important for you to be practicing these skills outside of our sessions. This will ultimately build upon your progress, so you can see results sooner and generalize those results to all areas of your life.
